Opening a real account process
Customers can open a trading account through the following channels
Online customer service account opening
Customers can contact Goodwill customer service department to assist customers to complete the account opening procedures
Create Acc
Customers can log on to the website by themselves, and apply for instant account opening through the online account opening form, fill in personal information and upload a copy of valid ID card and bank card to complete the application procedures
In person
Customers can visit our company to handle account opening procedures during Goodwill office hours
Mail Application
The customer can send the documents required for account opening to Goodwill, and the company will handle the account opening procedures for the customer after receiving all the documents

Proof of residential address in the last 3 months
Copy of bank card

Online customer service account opening
Read the customer agreement, which includes:
1. Customer agreement
2. Disclaimer
3. Risk disclosure statement
and agree to the above agreement” tick the box
fill in personal information
1. Personal basic information
2. Bank account information, please be sure to fill in detailed information to facilitate accurate and timely remittance of money in the future
3. Upload a copy of ID card and bank card
4. Security questions, used to verify account information with customers in the future
Confirm profile
After the customer confirms that the information is correct, please tick the box “I confirm that the above information is correct”
View account information
After verifying that the information submitted by the customer is correct, the account opening information will be notified to the customer by email or SMS. The account opening information includes
1. Online account number and password
2. Trading platform account number and password
3. Phone password
